Monster A GoGo's Shock-O-Rama Poster Show

Happy (almost) Halloween. Despite the fact that the posters today are not very Halloween-y (some are, some aren't), it's the best I've got for the moment. (I'm still not back into full-blown poster mode...). Let's take a look... WRISTCUTTERS: A LOVE STORY: I have NO IDEA what this is about. But the title was unusual (and obscure) enough to provoke a little interest and pick this up for a bargain price. One (of several below) from Rich's auctions. NIGHT SHIFT: A comedy that takes place in a morgue. I know I saw it, but don't recall it that well. I'm guessing they run a call girl service from the morgue? Henry (The Fonz) Winkler, Michael (Batman) Keaton, and Shelley (Cheers) Long star. It was a mild hit as I recall. PHANTOM OF THE OPERA: With the success of the musical version on Broadway and Robert Englund in the midst of the NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET series, it was no wonder this gory version of

THE BEAST OF YUCCA FLATS: This first one was just something I stumbled upon, never expecting to see one or buy one. It was just suddenly there and not too expensive (considering what it is)."The Beast of Yucca Flats" is a low-budget shocker from the early 60s that stars Ed Wood favorite Tor Johnson. It's strictly a cheap, low budget flick...as the (not too thrilling) poster clearly makes it look, but has become a minor cult classic. A  CHRISTMAS STORY: "A Christmas Story" is another long-wanted poster. It's mine now,and I didn't have to stick my tongue to a frozen flagpole, ask Santa or shoot my eye out to get it. Yippie! August 25, 2015, 03:48:09 PM  Good morning (for another 5 minutes it is, at least). I finally have a day off and I got to sleep in. Time for another blast from the recent past--MORE posts from that other site of things purchased this year before I started this page on ALL POSTER FORUM! YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN: Yes, everyone knows (and apparently wants) this poster. I've been trying to snag one for years and years. In January, I finally got one. Yahoo! DR. SHAGETZ: "Dr.Shagetz"? I've never heard of it. Must have been a big hit in the 70s....NOT. Still the poster was just interesting enough (and cheap enough) to buy. The picture shown is a pic taken from the internet. I'm not sure why it's not a picture of my actual item. August 22, 2015, 01:46:15 AM  I'm going to quickly try to post more posters from 2015 I got BEFORE starting this page on ALL POSTER FORUM. These are NOT new purchases. I have NOT bought a poster in weeks...  UGH!  So sad...  Anyway, here's the latest "old" batch: SILENT NIGHT DEADLY NIGHT: This was kind of a big coup for me. It is the incredibly hard to get original release poster for "Silent Night Deadly Night"! The movie is trash (really...sorry!), but love the graphics of a killer Santa popping down a chimney with an axe! Fabulous! And MINE--finally! Guess what I'll be hanging in my living room (if I ever get out of my storage shed of an apartment, that is) next holiday season... Ho ho ho!!! AFTER DARK HORRORFEST 2007 / 8 FILMS TO DIE FOR: The After Dark Horrorfest / 8 Films To Die For mini-film festival (I've caught a few of the films in theaters--most on video) actually has one sheets. Who knew? This is for the 2007 event. Are
