The Shock-O-Rama Poster Show 2020 #7

Greetings! Welcome back to the Shock-O-Rama Poster Show. I really have no money right now and have no business buying anything. However, my birthday was coming up (It's TODAY, actually). As I will spend this birthday alone, trapped in my house with the world held hostage by the coronavirus outbreak, I thought I'd buy myself a few little tidbits and make it a somewhat fun birthday party for one. (And to think, last year I was celebrating in Rome! Ha!)  Oh well. It is what it is...and I'm NOT dead (yet). So, whoo hoo  and happy birthday to me. Let's unwrap my poster presents and see what exciting (or not so exciting...) things I got myself... CHARLIE'S ANGELS (2019 reboot International version) : UGH!!! Buying this was a total accident. Sure, although I was NOT a fan of the 2019 reboot of CHARLIE'S ANGELS (it had potential, but...), I loved the original series as a kid, I loved the first reboot with Drew Barrymore (the sequel---eh...), and I actually...

The Shock-O-Rama Poster Show 2019 #16

What's this? ANOTHER episode of the Shock-O-Rama Poster Show? But I thought it was over with , you say. Well, it is...more or less. (For now...??) However, I had a few situations pop up (I'll mention them below) that caused me to need to shop and, well... that led to a few purchases. To make up a whole post, that required a few more half-hearted purchases and... the results (such as they are) are below. LASERBLAST (Italian locandia) : I did not need this. At all. It was cheap. ($6?) and featured different images than the US one sheet, but I did NOT need this. SAM WHISKEY: I did NOT need this either. I had never heard of a SAM WHISKEY movie (with Burt Reynolds, Clint Walker and Angie Dickinson? I'm guessing it must be crap, then...). Curiosity made me bid.Oops. I SPIT ON YOUR GRAVE: Okay...this one I did kind of want. No, it is not the I SPIT ON YOUR GRAVE from the 70's about the woman who has just b...

The Shock-O-Rama Poster Show 2019 #6

Hello, and welcome back. This poster haul is not that stellar. I vote you skip it now and save yourself the bother. Why post it then? So I have a visual record of what I have. But you may notice there are only 8 posters instead of my customary 10. That is because this will be the last post for awhile...at least until late April or, more likely, sometime in May or June. I'm leaving on a trip to Europe for several weeks and won't be home until the 18th or so. These 8 are all of the new stuff I have to share at the moment. Take a look below or don't. I'll be seeing you... KENNY & CO: I didn't need this when I came across it...and I think I already have one anyway. (Which is good because--argh!--I did not notice the rating has a snipe over it. Grrr!) KENNY & CO. is an early Don "Phantasm" Coscarelli flick. When I was a kid during winter break of 1978, my parents took my brother and me to San Diego. We stayed in this ordinary h...
