Monster A GoGo's Shock-O-Rama Poster Show

  Welcome back! You are just in time for the next edition of THE SHOCK-O-RAMA POSTER SHOW! As you start to scroll through, you may be thinking "Blah! This is crap." True. True. I do buy crap sometimes (i.e. often), but I also buy a few jewels now and again. Just be patient and keep scrolling, scrolling, scrolling. As usual, I keep the best stuff for last.  But, what am I blabbering on? Let's get started! Roll 'em: BORA BORA: This is a nothing poster, really. I picked it up inexpensively to potentially use in my  future home tiki bar (which is actually happening. The electrician arrived on May 3. The handyman who'll hopefully do the build out will be here on the 12th. Whoo hoo! And yes, it is all being done on the super cheap.                                  Not that anyone has noticed my absence of late, but the Shock-O-Rama Poster Show has come to a close. What, you say? How can this be? I've come up against so much in the last few years. My neuro-muscular disease is incurable and unstoppable and degenerative. That's the main thing robbing me of my fun and my passions. Now that social security has officially deemed me "disabled" I can just sit back and collect the checks. Is that what you are thinking? Those monthly checks are, for some reason, almost nothing. Yep, somehow I am supposed to live on less than $700 a month. Crazy, huh? I've worked hard all my life, get a disease and am screwed the rest of my days. But while I live out my bad TV Movie of the Week life (Tonight, a nice man gets a mysterious neuro-muscular disease and his life slowly starts falling apart [all before the first commercial] before dying in the fina...

I have enough after this for one last partial post (unless I pick up a few more between now and whenever I post the last post for the year---before I cut back to monthly updates.only.  EEK! Let's see. What do I have this time: THE VENGEANCE OF DR MABUSE (Spanish): I really dig the art on this. it's really the only reason i bought it. It turns out that it's a Jano poster. Also note that it was produced by our own Rosa's film company. (Hee hee). I know virtually nothing about this flick, other than it's another early Jess Franco and that it utilizes the Dr, Mabuse character that had been around for a while before this flick. THE HOUSE THE SCREAMED (Italian): Another poster i had no idea what it was, but I picked it up for the art. Nice work. The film itself has a nice atmosphere, but the scares are not there by today's standards. But the ending was totally...
