Monster A GoGo's Shock-O-Rama Poster Show

  Welcome back to the Shock-O-Rama Poster Show. And guess what? I am finally MOVED! I have new (to me) naked walls to fill up with my amazing posters. Hooray! My house is on a hillside and there is this one bedroom-sized room in the basement (It's not really a basement--but there's nothing down there except the garage--which I do not use--and this one room) that I hope to eventually transform into a home tiki bar. The stairway down to it, I intend to try and make look jungle-y with vines and tiki-esque decor. As a way to incorporate my love of movie posters with tiki, I plan on framing and hanging some of my jungle-themed posters in the stairway. Things, like some of my TARZAN posters or my recent ZOMBIES ON BROADWAY half sheet, or even my JUNGLE HEADHUNTERS one sheet or posters like HULA HULA will work. But I am getting way ahead of myself.   Hello! Welcome back to the SHOCK-O-RAMA POSTER SHOW! Happy spring...and how are you? I hope all is well. And thank you for coming. Today's batch o' posters are okay. There's nothing I am super excited about this round, but the next posting (which--Gasp!) is pretty much done and features (I think) more interesting movie paper. Oooooo. No. No hints now. You'll have to come back in mid-April to see. Until then, we can explore the tidbits and curiosities I have ready for you today.  Let's take a closer look... SCOOB: I know this film is supposed to be bad. I haven't seen it yet. But--I am a big SCOOBY DOO fan. I was hoping to see this in the theaters--but the pandemic hit and the film went straight to video instead of pushing back its release. I'll get to it eventually--although I'm not expecting much. This was cheap, so... THE IMMORAL MR. TEAS  and  WILD GALS OF THE NAKED WEST  (re-release combo) : It's a double dose of Russ Meyer! I've never see...

Hello. Welcome to another SHOCK-O-RAMA POSTER SHOW! 2018 is winding down....  So many posters left to get... Oh well. I guess they'll have to wait for next year. Here's a look at some of my recent acquisitions. Take a gander...or don't! THE NIGHT OF THE WALKING DEAD: I paid way, way, W-A-Y too much for this poster. It is stained and torn and in pretty rough shape. Why bother? Because I had NEVER seen this poster before. Despite the title riffing on NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD, this obscure Eurosploitation cheapy is about vampires instead of undead zombies, apparently. I must have been in a special kind of stupid fugue state when I bought this... HELLFEAST (Advance): I saw this flick a while back and thought it was good enough to catch on down the road (since it did so poorly at the box office). I got copies of the advance and the release poster for it. When they came up again at a reasonable price, I thought I'd go for it. I lo...
